A.L Ejendomme ApS is a family-owned property company, founded in 1987. We own and rent out homes and commercial units in and around Copenhagen — from classic courtyard apartments to townhouses with gardens.
We believe renting is about more than square metres. We maintain our own buildings, know our tenants by name, and fix problems before they become problems. No call centres, no automated replies — just a small team that knows the buildings.

The portfolio spans everything from one-room studios to large villas, and from central commercial units to quiet townhouses on the edge of the city. What they have in common is that we've maintained them ourselves.
What we care about
